Hey Gang👋
Today’s post is fun, informative, and of a different style.
I’m currently reading an amazing book — The 5 AM Club By Robin Sharma.
It’s an incredible book written in an unbelievably engaging style. I feel almost addicted to reading the book with its high-quality majestic writings.
It communicates its lessons in an artistic way that also carries a story with its insightful knowledge. To someone who mostly reads straightforward books, this artistic way of writing was new to me and I wanted to try it somewhere.
Now after reading around half the book, I think about writing my newsletter in this fashion.
You saw a similar fashion in the previous paragraphs of this post. And you will be reading the main content of today’s post in a similar fashion.
Let me know in the comments what you think about this way of writing and whether I should continue writing this way.

Anyway, let’s get into today’s topic.
I’m sure you’ve heard of the game called Snake Xenzia from the infamous Nokia 3310 that evolved into many other phones and even smartphones today.
But today’s post is not about the game or its evolution.
I’ve been a thinker all my life. But never extracted any new insights from Snake Xenzia or any game for that matter.
But now I find myself in the perfect place to excavate wisdom from relatively irrelevant parts of life.
This post is about the five lessons I’ve extracted from playing that game in 2024 being a thinker and a writer.
1. You Can Only Ever Grow
You can only grow no matter what.
The unseen rule of life and physics. Entropy. The tendency of energy to spread. It can only go in one direction, forward, i.e., grow.
Everything that seem like a setback molds the path to growth. Setbacks are disguised for profound growth and they remain the sculptors of the true destiny of our lives.
And they are assumed as obstacles by the imaginary paths created by our small minds.
How can our small minds predict the intricate patterns and distinguished choices that shape our lives in this vastly diverse and unpredictable universe?
Sometimes we have to trust the universe more than our minds. Because the mind knows little. And the one who knows this becomes wise.
2. You Can Always Restart
The only true end of life is death.
Anything else between birth and the inevitable is an illusion that mimics it created by our small minds through the lack of supporting knowledge and known possibilities.
The understanding of an unseen fundamental, that you can always begin again, will allow you to think, therefore, act in the true path, again following through what the universe has hand-crafted for your ultimate existence along with its supreme creations.
The universe owns a plethora of galaxies, astonishing nebulas, mesmerizing star fields, majestic mountains, jaw-dropping waterfalls, and soul-stealing sunrises. Yet you exist to complete the immaculate.
Be proud of nothing but being alive.
You got this mann!
3. It’s Okay to Go Around in Circles (Or Squares?)
It’s okay to not have everything sorted. Chaos is nothing but uglily-dressed teachings of life.
They help you take your time to find out who you truly are without your awareness of the inevitable passage of life.
It’s okay to not reach anywhere even after running far. You now have the incredible courage and endurance to run again even after falling, that you might have never cared about possessing unless gone through this experience.
You learned to run. Again and again. Nothing else can teach you this other than pure chaos.
You can only grow and you can only grow from chaos.
4. Unexpected Things Happen
Sometimes unexpected things happen.
You have to be patient enough and resist pain to fully experience the magic of sudden surprises.
Having no expectations or anticipations elevates the pleasure of the unexpected and avoids heartbreaks when you don’t receive the joy that is uncertain.
It teaches you to have faith in yourself and build courage to listen to the inner voice. It builds your mental resilience and heightens your hope with increased love and trust towards the universe and everything that surrounds you.
It reminds you to wait for life to naturally unfold and rejuvenate while you learn to live in the present and enjoy the moment.
All this makes you mature and aware of yourself and also teaches you to handle the uncertain and unexpected happenings of life — both uplifting and draining.
It reminds you to be at peace with yourself and appreciate the life you own. You learn to live happier even when things don’t quite turn the way you want.
5. Don’t Take it Too Seriously
Even when things don’t turn out the way you want, know you can only get superior to your past self. You can always reset and restart.
You can always turn down the level. The standards.
Just know that you can always get there, which demands learning to handle the dream, just a bit more gracefully.
It’s life and the world is too big to wain on misfiring a small shot in the wide ocean of possibilities.
Life is never too serious to not smile. To not love.
Embrace life and its inevitable products and learn to not take everything seriously.
There is nothing more serious than an adult human.
Have you ever seen a serious baby, or a serious sunrise, or a serious star field?
They all move blissfully while learning to live and love.
Let it unfold while you learn to traverse this adventure which is an unprecedented teacher and a majestic privilege that you and I get to experience that we profoundly call Life.
Hope you found this post helpful and inspiring. If you did, leave a ❤️; it’d help this post reach a wider audience.
